Where can I see you?

I’m trying to attend more in-person events, especially now that my kids are older. Check out my Events tab on this website, where you’ll see the latest. You’ll find me at indie book faires, indie book stores, and local library events. As I can, I will try to expand outside of Georgia, but for now, that’s where I can afford to go as an indie author.

When will your next book come out?

2025 releases: The Other Scaleshifter released in August.

2026 releases: The Mermaids of Europa, a scifi novel, should come out in the spring or summer. I may release The Scaleshifter’s Daughter in 2026 as well, but that depends on how well I’m able to keep to my own schedule with several personal things going on.

What audience do you write for?

I hope people of all ages can enjoy my books! I largely write in the YA category, though not always. Death Flirts Back and The Supervillains’ Therapist are written for older audiences. But I think kids can enjoy every book on my shelf; adults can enjoy the things written for young adults too! I don’t think there should be an age limit for reading.

That being said, you’ll find that everything I write is clean. You won’t read any spicy sex scenes or even any swearing. There will be genre-appropriate violence, and I’ll explore heavy themes through the allegory of story. But I think kids are ready to read more than we give them credit for, and I think adults should allow themselves to enjoy a good story regardless of “reading level.”
